                  Venue: Jalan Mutiara Barat 4 (RT Center)

Who is the owner of this poor little dog?

Someone’s pet dog was attacked and killed on 03/10/2011, at approx 3.30 p.m.

A medium brownish terrier was killed by a Pitbull on Jalan Desa Aman 3. There were many witnesses to this horrific incident.

If you are the owner of this poor dog and require further information, please leave your name & contact at RADA Guardhouse Jalan Desa Aman 3. If you know who the owner is, please inform him/her.

焦赖朋友請注意﹐白色車搶匪出現 Please beware ofa white robber's car!

The below are post in a local forum by a resident in Cheras Batu 9:

本人住TAMAN RASA SAYANG, CHERAS BATU 9.

星期五早上大約10AM﹐我已上班﹐小孩也上課﹐只剩內人在家。

整當內人在廚房準備午餐時﹐突然聽到一陣敲擊聲﹐便走到客廳觀察﹐竟然驚見有一隻手伸進大門的鐵花﹐企圖撞入。
內人急忙高喊﹐并拼命拉住鐵花﹐那時鐵花已被扯開一個小縫了﹐內人繼續大聲叫喊﹐那賊人竟伸手進來要打她﹐幸好沒打到﹐但卻把她的眼鏡扯掉。

內人放聲大喊的聲音﹐希望引起鄰居的注意﹐那賊人見事機敗洩﹐才紛紛逃走。

過後﹐對面鄰居的女佣說看到搶匪是友裔。

我向鄰居借來閉路電視的記錄﹐發現搶匪共有三人﹐乘著一輛白色的車﹐但我看不清楚那是什么款式的車﹐好像是HONDA CIVIC。還是有誰可以幫忙確認這是什么車﹖

如果有誰發現這輛車在你的住處徘徊﹐請注意和報警。


I stay at Taman Rasa Sayang, Batu 9 Cheras.
At 10am last friday, I am at work and kids went to school, only my wife is at home.


While she was preparing lunch at kitchen, she heard some knocking sounds. She went to living room to check and get shocked when she saw a hand crossed the maindoor's grille and try to get in. She shouted and try to hold back the grille after found out it was cut. The robber try to beat her but luckily unseccussful. However her glasses was dropped.


Her voice attracted some consern from neighbour. The robber then ran away.


From the CCTV records of my neighbour, seems there are 3 robbers with white old city/civic. 


Please report to police immediately if you seen the car in your area.

Please support our fencing project!!

In order to strenghten Taman Desa Aman's security, we have proposed fencing up the main border of taman to block unwanted access from bushes and empty land. We targeted 150-200 houses' support with a one time contribution of RM350.00 each house.

The fence does not merely provide better protection, but to lessen our guards burden so that they can focus on more jobs. In addition, a taman with fences will improve the overall image hence better property value.

We are from time to time, try our best with limited budget to provide better living environment. From the past we have contracted security guards, build boom gates with booth, install appropriate lighting, install alarm system, install CCTV, among others, with the support of all residents. We hope this project would be another successful effort.

申請4個月獲市會批准‧永安鎮圍籬計劃開跑

（雪蘭莪‧巴生12日訊）巴生永安鎮山上住宅區圍籬計劃今日正式開跑，每天將有3名保安員，在區內協助居民維持治安。

巴生永安鎮居民協會主席拿督陳福源說，除了圍籬計劃，他們也通過熱心人士的資助，在住宅區外開闢一條道路，讓駕駛人士不必經過該花園，直接前往光華獨中一帶。

 

4路口設閉路電視

他說，上述圍籬計劃已獲得巴生市議會批准，總共有4個路口將設有閉路電視系統。

他今日前往巡視保安提昇工程時，發表談話。出席者包括該協會總務劉金榮、名譽主席陳國棟和理事們。

陳福源說，過去幾個月，永安鎮共發生約28宗搶劫案，居民人心惶惶，找居民協會尋求協助，進行區內圍籬計劃。

他說，經過4個月的處理和申請，市議會終於在7月5日批准有關計劃，這使到永安鎮成為巴生舊住宅區第一個獲准設立圍籬的住宅區。

他表示，當局批准在住宅區山上的4個主要進出口處，設立保安檢查站，即昔仁迪19路、默巴迪路、昔仁迪18路和昔仁迪14路。

陳福源：目前試行月底增至5保安員

陳福源說，巴生市議會同時批准他們在午夜12時至早上7時，封鎖有關路口。

他說，今日開始將處於試行階段，共有3位保安員會執行維持治安的職務，這些保安員來自內政部批准的Simdo有限公司，保安員訓練有素和身穿制服外，還備有對講機、巡邏摩哆車和警棍等。

他表示，山上住宅區共有90戶人家受惠。

他強調，出入口處平時不會封鎖，但進出的車輛，會到保安員的詢問，而這些保安員人數，在本月底一切安排妥當後，會增至5人，24小時全天候服務。

獲資助闢道路直通光華獨中陳福源表示，為了方便從中路前往光華獨中一帶的駕駛人士，他們在熱心人士資助下，在高電壓電綫柱下修築了一條路，可直通光華獨中。

他說，這是一條交替路，可以協助緩和車輛的流量，而這項安排，考量因素包括居民的安全和駕駛人士的便利。

促每3個月準時繳費

他促請區內住戶給予全面的配合，每3個月準時繳付保安費用，因為這是永久性的計劃，需要大家的配合。

他同時表示，由於一些進出口處正在進行提昇工程，因此若為居民帶來不便，他希望獲得他們的體諒和合作。（星洲日報／大都會）
