雪隆 22/06/11 - 24/06/11 起开始制水

（吉隆坡15日訊）雪州水務公司（SPLASH）于本月22日早上8時至23日早上8時進行提升水閘工程，吉隆坡直轄區、烏雪縣、鵝嘜縣及八打靈縣91個地區、14萬個水供戶頭，70萬商民將面對24小時至48小時斷水！
　雪州水供有限公司在報章刊登廣告指出，雪州水務公司因安裝第8號1350毫米的水閘，將在22日早上8時至23日早上8時，暫時停止雪蘭莪河污水處理站1的操作以進行提升工作。
　該公司公關部高級經理阿都哈林說，吉隆坡直轄區12個地區、烏雪縣14個地區、鵝嘜縣10個地區及八打靈縣45個地區，共91個地區的14萬個戶頭，高達70萬名用戶受影響。
　阿都哈林今日接受《中國報》電訪時，這么指出。
　他說，完成工程后該公司會在24小時內局部恢復水供，最遲24日早上8時用戶可以正常使用水供。
節省用水
　“同時，我們提早刊登斷水消息，讓用戶有足夠的時間，儲備水源應付不便，我們的水槽車也會隨時候命！”
　《中國報》記者抽樣電訪各區地方組織，包括小販公會、村長及市議員，惟他們說並沒有如常接獲雪州水供有限公司親自致電、手機短訊及派傳單的通知，暫不知道斷水消息。
　他們說，一兩天的斷水對普通家庭而言影響不大，因還可使用蓄水槽的水，同時儲蓄好足夠的水，再加上節省用水，只用于基本需要如洗刷洗澡，生活作息必可照常進行。
　“但斷水或對商家小販造成較大的影響，還有一些需要大量水的工廠，斷水一天已很不便，兩天更是加重為難。”
　他們說，小販用水量大，數十名小販一起做生意的話，蓄水槽的水最多也只能維持一兩小時，最后就得出動儲備的水。
　“我們不反對進行提升工作，畢竟有利于民，但希望工程如期完成，儘快恢復水供，把麻煩減到最低。”
時間短影響小

以往若有斷水，雪州水供有限公司官員將親自聯絡我，或派傳單，但這次我卻沒有接獲他們的通知，只在報章刊登，若沒有閱讀報紙就不知道斷水了。
　我認為因提升工程而導致斷水是情有可原的，畢竟提升對民眾有益，除非是無故斷水，那當然會引起居民不滿。
　僅斷水24小時，對普通家庭沒有多大影響，大不了就是出外吃，少些用水，畢竟還有蓄水槽，儲備了水該可應付一兩天的基本所需。
　我也相信情況嚴重的話，雪州水供公司該會派出水槽車來救濟用戶。
未接來函通知

我們還未收到當局來函通知，但沒有水供的話，對小販造成極大影響，更何況斷水還可能維持兩天。
　巴剎小販中心雖有蓄水槽，但水很骯髒，根本不能使用，此外，蓄水槽的面積也不大，連77名小販一天的使用量也不足。
　如果所有人一起使用，這蓄水槽在一兩小時內就會用完，所以還未依靠儲蓄的水做生意。
　四五年前一度發生斷水，當時我們面對很多問題手忙腳亂，希望這次斷水不要超過一天，兩天的話對小販影響很大！
影響工廠商家

我也還未接獲有關斷水消息，我本人認為斷水一兩天該沒什么大問題，尤其是在用戶已儲備好足夠的水后，可以渡過“難關”。
　尤其是普通住家有自己的蓄水槽，影響更不大，節省用水就行了，且有時候也會提早完工，提早恢復水供。
　然而，或對工廠商家造成比較大的影響，雙溪毛糯新村有許多工廠，但所幸大部分為傢俬廠，所以相信問題不大。
準備足夠的水

往日我也會接到雪州水供有限公司的短訊通知斷水，但至今我還未收到消息，若有我會傳送給其他市議員。
　我認為一兩天的斷水影響不大，很多組屋都有自己的蓄水槽，可應付一兩天的使用量，除非斷水一週，問題就大了。
　再說，雪州水供公司已提早通知斷水消息，希望居民準備好足夠的水應付不便，若有問題，可向該公司或市政廳要求支援。

More than a million consumers affected by water cut

THERE will be a massive water cut in the Klang Valley affecting more than a million consumers in Kuala Lumpur, Gombak, Petaling and Hulu Selangor from today until Friday.
Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) corporate affairs department executive director Abdul Halem Mat Som said the disruption was due to upgrading and maintenance work being carried at the Sungai Selangor water treatment plant Phase 1 in Bukit Badong, Ijok, by Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (Splash) as well as upgrading work by Syabas.
“Work is being carried out to fix the Sluice valves and pumps and the cleaning of the water treatment plant by Splash. We are working to upgrade the water supply systems,” said Abdul Halem.
“We will have our emergency response plan on standby to provide water tankers to consumers. But we advise the public to store water,’’ he said.

Abdul Halem added that the public could call the Syabas Hotline for details on the areas affected as well to get water tanker services.
“We have an activated pre-recorded voice mail service to help you,’’ he said.
