Letter to all Residence of Taman Desa Aman

TO ALL RESIDENCE OF DESA AMAN

1. Further to the meeting held on 08 August 2010, we write to update you the developments as follows:-

1.1. We have initiated the registration of the above Residence Association which may be expected to be registered by the end of this year or early next year;

1.2. We have received some quotations from Security companies as to the costs of providing security within our housing estate and will be getting more so as to get the best price;

1.3. We have also receive quotations from contractors for the perimeter fencing from contractors to enhance and facilitate security within our housing estate and likewise, we will be getting more so as to get the best price;

2. While we are working on providing security to all residence, we seek the co-operation of all residence concerned to indicate to us your views on this matter and we would be very much obliged if you could fill in the attached survey from and return to us via our “ROAD REPRESENTATIVES” whose names and address are attached hereto.

1．经安宁镇居民大会于2010年8月8日的决定，以下为临时居民协会的活动报告：
1．1 我们已进行居委会的申请注册工作，希望能在年底或明年初成功注册。
1．2 我们已询问了几家保安公司，并积极要求更多和更低的报价单，以达到最好的报价。
1．3 我们也咨询了几家工程单位，探讨最佳的围蓠式方案和成本。

2． 我们诚恳的希望住户也能提供宝贵的意见以供我们参考。请你们把附上的居民调查表格填上并交给居民代表（见附上的名单）或临时居委会委员。如有其他建议，也可写在白纸一并附上。
