TO ALL RESIDENTS OF DESA AMAN
Dear Sirs/Madam,
24 HOURS SECURITY GUARD IN AND AROUND DESA AMAN
1. As you all are aware that following the meeting held on 08.08.2010, with your support and in our effort to combat crime, we have made the necessary arrangements to provide security guard in and around Desa Aman.
2. We have managed to recruit a security company to provide us with 8 guards doing 2 shifts a day of 12 hour each shift (i.e. 4 guards per shift.)
3. When you pay RM70.00 per month as our member, you will enjoy the following services:-
3.1. 2 guards manning 2 guard posts which will be erected at the entrance of Jalan Desa Aman 3 and Jalan Desa Aman 9 for 24 hours a day; While another 2 other guards patrolling the whole of Desa Aman 24 hours a day;
3.2. 4 car stickers so that you will not be stopped at the guard posts during your ingress and egress to your house; (Additional car sticker can be obtained at RM5 each)
3.3. An Identification plate or sticker to be placed at your gate so that the guards can identify that you are subscribing to their services and they will pay attention to your house.
3.4. SMS notification of any alert or crime within and around Desa Aman area;
3.5. Free Newsletter is given free for all members on news affecting us, household tips, legal matters and useful business information.
3.6. Website of our own.
3.7. Others: We will try our best to help all members on all residence related matters and questions.
4. Although we cannot guaranty that we will be 100% secured but at least this effort will reduce house break-ins, snatch theft and robbery and other crimes within Desa Aman by a large percentage.
5. In order to make this security project a success, we seek your kind co-operation and indulgence to make this security project a success hope that you will at least do your part in making payment of RM70.00 per month promptly and punctually and in any case not later than the 7th day of each month.
6. Our appointed representatives will be going around collecting payment from you soon and when making payment, please ensure that:-
6.1. Our representatives are in possession of an Authorisation letter from us with his/her name written on it;
6.2. As far as possible, make your payment by cheque or money order made payable to our appointed solicitors “MARY SONG & ASSOCIATES” until further notice;
6.3. Insist that our representatives issue you a payment receipt regardless whether you pay by cash or cheque;
7. We will make known to you all the dos and don’ts with the services of the guards in due.

致全体焦赖安宁镇居民，
安宁镇24小时保安服务计划
1． 自2010年8月8日的居民大会及所成立的临时居委会大多数意见同意下，为了加强自我保护和降低住宅区犯罪率，我们决定聘用专业保安公司协助推行保安计划。
2． 经筛选后，我们已聘用一家最合适的保安公司提供共8位保安员，于2010年10月1日开始保安服务 。
3． 因居民反应不错，我们也成功降低了各户须负责的会员月费，即每月马币70.00：
3.1 每班有2位定位保安员负责路口保安亭，2位保安员负责巡察任务，2班共8位保安员，负责24小时任务。
3.2 每家付费会员可以免费得到4张会员车贴，可以迅速通过保安亭。（一张车贴马币5元）
3.3 每家付费会员可以得到一张住宅保安证，可挂在铁门上以供识别用。巡逻保安将不会对非会员提供保护。
3.4 短信服务：所有会员可以享用免费的短信服务，如有发现可疑人物，车辆等。
3.5 传单服务：我们会不定期的免费派发有关社区的新闻，有用的家居小窍门，法令法规，买卖讯息，商家资讯等给我们的会员。
3.6 网站：免费网站资讯提供。
3.7 其他服务：所有委员，代表们将会在合情合理范围内回答会员的问题。
4 当然保安员不能完全杜绝罪案的发生，但已经有大量的报告指出，保安社区计划的确可以明显的减少罪案的发生。
5 保安计划其实不仅减低财务的损失，但更大的作用是为了确保我们家人的安全。安宁镇社区内的种种罪案，很多都是发生在白天有人在家的情况下。请积极支持我们推动安宁镇24小时保安服务计划， 保护自己亲爱的家人。
6 我们的代表将在9月18日开始向大家收10月份会员费（RM70.00）。
6.1 我们的居民代表都是你们的邻居。他们会出示附有代表姓名的居委会授权书。
6.2 请尽可能使用支票或邮政汇票，付给我们的受委律师： “MARY SONG & ASSOCIATES” ，并在背面写上你的姓名，地址和联系号码。
6.3 无论是以支票，汇票或付现金，请坚持要求收据。
7 保安服务的规章制度，我们会尽快派发给你们。
